Welcome to Apothecary Brew, a Singapore-based seller of TCM herbal teas, postcards/prints/art, digital journals/prompts, and wellness workshops ("Products/Services"). "We", "us", and "our" refer to Apothecary Brew. By using our website, store, or services, you agree to these Terms, our Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please do not use our site.

1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be 18+ to purchase. Provide accurate details for orders (e.g., shipping, payment). You're responsible for account security; do not share credentials. We may suspend accounts for violations.

2. Products & Services

  • Herbal Teas: Perishable food items; no returns except for defects (see Refund Policy).

  • Postcards/Prints/Art: Physical goods; colors may vary by screen/print.

  • Digital Journals/Prompts: Downloads are non-refundable once accessed; personal use only—no resale or sharing.

  • Workshops: In-person/online sessions; cancellations per our policy (e.g., 48 hours notice for full refund).
    All descriptions subject to change; we may limit quantities or discontinue items.

3. Orders & Payment
Orders are offers to buy; we confirm acceptance via email after payment. Review carefully—no cancellations post-confirmation. Prices exclude GST/shipping (added at checkout); promotions apply only as stated. You warrant valid payment details and personal/household use only.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates; delays from carriers/customs not our liability. Risk passes on dispatch. Digital products delivered via email/download link.

5. Intellectual Property
Our site content, designs, tea blends, journals, and workshop materials are ours—protected by Singapore copyright/trademark laws. Personal use only; no copying, reselling, or commercial use without permission.

6. Prohibited Use
Use site lawfully: no spam, harassment, scraping, or uploading malware. No resale of products without consent.

7. Third-Party Links/Tools
Links to external sites (e.g., payment processors) are at your risk; we aren't liable.

8. Limitation of Liability
