No Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our TCM herbal teas as food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once items are dispatched. We are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind or opened items. We appreciate your understanding as this policy is in place to ensure the safety and integrity of every product for all our customers.

Eligible Refunds

While we do not accept returns, your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged or defective products upon arrival
  • Incorrect items (i.e. wrong blend sent)

Email hello@apothecary-brew.com within 7 days of receipt, including your order number and photos. Approved cases qualify for:

  • Store credit to your account, or
  • A gift card for the value of affected items

No cash refunds or refunds to original payment methods will be issued.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind or taste preferences
  • Incorrect product selection or failure to review descriptions/ingredients
  • Allergies or personal health issues (consult a professional before purchase)
  • Shipping delays not caused by us

This policy complies with Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and Lemon Law. For disputes, contact CASE (Consumers Association of Singapore).
